Whether you envision an indoor or outdoor ceremony, Country Club of the South has a variety of spaces that are perfect for a romantic vow exchange. Outdoors, they will set up an archway amidst beautiful tall trees and fresh grassy clearings. Depending on the time of year, you may catch the fuschia azaleas in bloom and a variety of other gorgeous flowers and landscaping. If you prefer an indoor ceremony, one of their three private event rooms with tall ceilings and lots of bright light is perfect for creating an intimate and romantic setting for you and your partner to begin your lives as a married couple.
When it comes to the reception, the grand ballroom has high vaulted ceilings adorned with beautiful exposed wood beams and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in beautiful light. They also have elegant drapery that adds a beautiful ethereal contrast to the rustic woodwork on the ceiling. There are ornate chandeliers twinkling overhead and plenty of space for a dance floor with room for everyone to show off their best dance moves. The ballroom has space for up to 250 guests for a buffet dinner with a dance floor (280 for a plated dinner), though you can use their other indoor spaces to accommodate up to 500.
