About The Naylor Hall Wedding Venue

1121 Canton Street, Roswell, Georgia 30075

While Naylor Hall might now be known for elegant weddings, it comes from humble beginnings. The family home was first built in 1840 as a four-bedroom clapboard cottage. It stood for nearly a century, seldom changed by its owners. Then, in the 1930s, it was purchased by Colonel Harrison Broadwell and named Naylor Hall as a tribute to his wife’s family. He would go on to make several important changes that can still be seen today. The house was purchased by Sunny Bailey several years ago and transformed into one of the best venues in the Atlanta suburbs. Now, it continues to write the next chapter in history by helping couples have their perfect love story!

Details of the Grounds

While Naylor Hall is located in the suburbs, the surrounding trees give you a sense of seclusion for your wedding. You will be able to host your entire wedding on the grounds, feeling as though you are in a world that’s all of your own! Your day will start out in the bridal suite, where you will have the perfect spot to get ready for the day. These elegant rooms are going to shine throughout all your portraits! There will also be a separate suite for your partner.

You will have several options for your ceremony. Many couples prefer to use the yard just outside the venue to exchange vows. With this option, you will have the portico as your altar. If you want something a little more woodsy, you can host your service in the back with the trees just behind you.

If you would prefer a smaller wedding, you can use the ballroom inside. The neutral colors and historic features will effortlessly blend into your wedding decorations.

Next up comes the cocktail hour! The venue is pretty flexible, giving you options to host this portion inside or outside. Whether you want your guests to unwind over yard games or enjoy the interiors, they have just the spot.

Your reception can take place either outside in the backyard or inside the ballroom. If you do choose an outdoor celebration, you will have the option of bringing in an event tent. Naylor Hall will be able to accommodate up to 300 guests.

Photography Opportunities

While the Naylor Hall lawn is going to give you gorgeous backdrops and warm, natural lighting, you will definitely want to take advantage of the interiors for your wedding portraits. With large windows and sophisticated decorations, you will have plenty of options for your pics! You can also use the stairs leading to the portico to share a kiss.
