The Whitlock Inn wedding venue is a Victorian-style mansion built in the 1900s. Converted into a bed and breakfast in 1993, this charming location gained much foot traction when couples started inquiring about hosting their weddings in the space. In 1994, the location was officially turned into a historic wedding venue. The Whitlock is deemed one of Marietta’s most recommended wedding venues in the area. The owners seek to preserve the historical integrity of the mansion while creating memories for couples.
With that southern look and feel, the venue is home to three different ceremony spaces:
● Courtyard Ceremony for up to 200 guests
● Ballroom Ceremony for up to 200 guests
● Methodist Church Across the street for church ceremonies
If you are looking for a space to host a bridal luncheon or rehearsal dinner, you can book a few hours on the Veranda. A stunning wrap-around area, the Veranda is ideally situated to accommodate multiple different events, including being a secondary bar for your wedding if needed.
The Whitlock Inn wedding venue is also home to multiple reception spaces, each containing its own stunning details and fits an array of different wants and themes. Among these spaces is the Courtyard reception space. This location seats one hundred and fifty guests and two hundred guests for a strolling station reception. There are also three parlors at this wedding venue that can be used for socializing, cocktail hours, appetizers, and stations. These parlors carry characteristics for fun photos of the guests and feature fireplaces and chandeliers.
