First built in the 1880s, Kimball Hall is a historic wedding venue that has always been about exceptional hospitality. The classic Queen Anne-style house gives you an elegant backdrop that works across styles for your perfect wedding. As an Atlanta wedding photographer, I have been lucky enough to capture some of the dreamiest celebrations in town. Here’s what you can expect from a Kimball Hall wedding!

About The Kimball Hall Wedding Venue

881 Mimosa Boulevard, Roswell, Georgia 30075

Since the very beginning, Kimball Hall has been focused on providing a warm place where visitors can gather together. The house was built by John Kimball and handed down to his daughters, Sallie and Suzie. The pair decided they wanted to open up the 14-room private estate as a boarding house. For 100 years, the home welcomed visitors from all across the country. In recent years, it has undergone a bit of a renovation, but it remains focused on welcoming everyone to write the next chapter of their story together.

Details of the Grounds

Kimball Hall gives you a two-story building where you can host every part of your wedding. The venue has two separate suites where you and your partner can get ready alongside your wedding party. Once you are done putting on the finishing touches, you can explore the home and find elegant backdrops for your portraits.

Most couples choose to use the backyard for their ceremony. The gardens will give you a lush setting where you can exchange vows beneath a picturesque white pergola. Once your ceremony is over, your guests can head to the patio just outside the home for a cocktail hour. This area is well-shaded with string lights that add the perfect amount of romance. Your day will conclude with a reception inside the ballroom. With white walls, high ceilings, and white chandeliers, you can completely transform the space so it matches your style perfectly! Kimball Hall will hold up to 200 guests.
